Customer Sent in something with a Repair request, BEST Customer Gift Ever

Best. Customer. Gift. Ever. This was in an RMA this morning, had to post and put it up. Makes me love my job. Looks like a Subway Sign from New York, (A replica of course, pretty sure no theft was involved in the giving of this sign). Note with the sign Reads "Dear AirSplat, Just want to say you guys are AWESOME! Here's some love from New York!"
